1. What LiteClean provides

LiteClean is a mobile utility app for junk-file review and cleaning, large-file review, photo compression, app process review and uninstall assistance, battery information, speaker cleaning, notification cleaning, resident notification shortcuts, flashlight access, and related reminders.

LiteClean is not an antivirus product, malware scanner, medical device, emergency tool, or guaranteed device-performance optimizer.

2. License

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use LiteClean for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable app-store rules.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from LiteClean except where applicable law permits.

3. Your responsibility for device content

LiteClean may show files, apps, notifications, and other device information so you can decide what to clean, compress, block, or delete. You are responsible for reviewing selected items before confirming an action.

Deleted files, uninstalled apps, blocked notifications, or compressed photos may not be recoverable. Keep backups of important files before using cleaning or deletion features.

4. Permissions and system settings

Some features require Android permissions or settings, including storage access, all-files access, usage access, notification access, notification permission, camera permission for flashlight control, foreground-service behavior, and boot- or charging-related background behavior.

You may grant, deny, or revoke permissions in Android settings. Revoking a permission may stop the related feature from working.

5. Notifications and reminders

LiteClean may show notifications, resident notification shortcuts, and feature reminders where Android and your settings allow. These may concern cleaning, storage review, charging, large files, app uninstall reminders, notification cleaning, or shortcuts such as flashlight.

You can control LiteClean notifications through Android notification settings. Disabling notifications may limit reminder and shortcut features.

6. Speaker cleaner feature

The speaker cleaner uses sound and vibration to help dislodge dust or moisture from a speaker opening. Results depend on your device and environment.

Do not use this feature at unsafe volume levels, near your ear, or in a way that may disturb others.

7. Third-party services

LiteClean may use services such as Firebase Cloud Messaging or Remote Config for message delivery, configuration, and technical operation. Your use of Google Play and Android is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use LiteClean to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights.
• Interfere with the normal operation of your device, Android, Google Play, or other apps.
• Access, delete, block, or alter content that you do not have the right to control.
• Misuse notifications, permissions, or system settings.
• Attempt to bypass security, licensing, or platform restrictions.

9. Intellectual property

LiteClean, including its name, interface, graphics, code, and related materials, is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of LiteClean or related intellectual property to you.

10. Updates and changes

We may update LiteClean to add, remove, or change features, fix bugs, improve compatibility, or comply with policy or legal requirements. Updates may change how features work or which permissions they require.

11. Disclaimer

LiteClean is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every device, able to clean every file, or able to improve every device condition.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, files, profits, goodwill, or device availability arising from your use of LiteClean.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using LiteClean at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access to app services if you violate these Terms or if required by law, platform policy, or security reasons.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where LiteClean Team operates, unless consumer-protection laws in your country or region require otherwise.
